YCF 25 - 4 October
Doug Hart was intent on taking full advantage of Mike Marshall's absence (as to which see below - not for the squeemish!) with an attack on Mike's club record at the YCF 25.  On a chilly tough morning Doug managed to produce the goods with a 53:11 knocking 20 seconds off the record, and gaining revenge on Mike who has taken three records off Doug during the course of the season.  Andy Waters knocked two minutes off his club vets record whilst the event was won by second claimer, Andy Jackson.

YRC hill climb - 27 September
Denise kicked off the hill climb season in fine style winning the womens category with a time 30 seconds faster than last year.

3 Peaks Cyclo cross - 28 September
Doug Hart swapped slicks for knobblies with a return to the legendary 3 peaks cyclo cross race.  Near perfect weather conditions greeted the 441 starters and saw Rob Jebb take his seventh straight win, breaking his own course record in the process.  Doug had a great ride to achieve his highest placed finish of 70th and also a 15 minute pb, despite losing (or resting, depending on how you look at it!) over 5 minutes with a puncture.
