We are still a participating club in the Tadcaster Evening League, a series of enter-on-the-line Thursday evening time trials from 10 to 25 miles running throughout the summer. All first or second claim members of Yorkshire Velo are able to ride these events.
Bank Holiday Monday 3rd May – V212 (Boroughbridge-Walshford-Boroughbridge) – 9:00am
Open to any rider who lives within the four counties of Yorkshire (irrespective of club) or a member of a Yorkshire DC club.
All categories will be racing for the right to wear the Yorkshire 10m Champion Jersey and the gold medal. Runners-up will receive silver and bronze medals. All riders will be helping to donate to our two charities, the Alzheimer’s Society and MS Society. Official photographer for the event is www.cyclingimages.co.uk. Photos of riders will be available to buy after the event.
The event features:
- A new category - Vets 45+
- Specially commissioned Yorkshire 10m Champion Jersey and gold medal for category winners;
- Specially commissioned silver and bronze medals for runners-up;
- Specially commissioned gold, silver and bronze medals for the three fastest teams (riders from any championship category count);
- Electronic results board with live updated placings;
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd podium;
- Online entry via CTT site;
- A well-marshalled and signposted HQ and course.

Eligibility: First claim riders who live within the four counties of Yorkshire on the day of the event or first claim members of Yorkshire DC clubs. GHS riders are also eligible for the Yorkshire Junior 10m TT Championships.
Categories: Men, Espoirs, Women, Women Vet (50+), Junior, Vet 45+, Vet 50+, Vet 55+, Vet 60+, Vet 65+, Vet 70+ and Tandems.
Prizes:
All categories except Team: 1st – Yorkshire 10m Champion Jersey and gold medal, 2nd – silver medal, 3rd – bronze medal.
Team: 1st team – gold medals, 2nd team – silver medals, 3rd team – bronze medals. Note: final team positions are based on fastest three riders from all categories.
Course Description:
Start approximately 3.5 miles south of Boroughbridge in entrance to A168 from old A1 (now a long lay-by) at a point approximately one yard before “clearway” sign. Turn left on to A168 and proceed to Walshford roundabout (4.72 miles). Encircle roundabout and retrace along A168 to Arkendale Road and finish adjacent to central bollard at a red paint mark (10 miles).
